Stowell, Shawn R.

Mr. Katz is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and has been admitted to practice law in New York since 1994. An active member of the Queens County Bar Association, Family Law Committee, he has been appointed by the Appellate Division to the 18-B panel to represent children and indigent persons in the Family Court.
