Brian Staudt is a senior associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2007.
Practice
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Staudt clerked for the Honorable Alan Kay of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. In law school, he served on both the mock trial and alternative dispute resolution skills boards, and also clerked for an employment law firm in the District. Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Staudt worked at a law and educational foundation as an editorial assistant.

Mr. Staudt is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
