Heather Jordan is a senior associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2008.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jordan was a senior associate at a firm in New York, where she represented clients before New York City and State administrative agencies and boards in connection with enforcement proceedings and applications for agency action. She conducted and managed extensive pre-trial discovery and performed all aspects of Supreme and Federal Court litigation focusing on general commercial, administrative and real estate matters.
Previously, Ms. Jordan was an associate at a firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in drafting and negotiating instruments concerning debt and equity financing, corporate asset transfers and technology/intellectual property licensing and development.
Professional Activities
Ms. Jordan has been a guest lecturer at the New York University Department of Chemistry.
