Patricia Stamler is a partner at Hertz Schram PC, where she devotes about 80% of her practice to litigation, specializing in employment and qui tam matters. An AV-rated attorney, she has published articles and lectured on a wide variety of legal topics pertaining to employment law, and has developed a formidable practice in qui tam/false claims cases and in other areas of commercial litigation, including securities-related matters. Her strong background in these areas puts her in a position of leadership in Hertz Schram’s efforts in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act context, as well as in U-4/U-5 defamation cases before FINRA arbitration panels.
