Patrick has worked his entire career passionately representing everyday people who have been severely injured by the reckless and dangerous acts of others. He has represented injured individuals against big businesses and insurance companies in state and federal courts across the country. He has extensive experience representing injured railroad employees (FELA), injured barge workers (Jones Act), individuals hurt by dangerous products, and people who have suffered injuries caused by the negligence of others.
Patrick’s recent success includes a $2.25 million recovery after years of litigation in federal court in New Orleans, Louisiana, for a barge worker who lost his foot in a rigging accident. He has also helped recover $550,000 for a St. Louis man injured when he was hit by a defective asphalt roller and $430,000 for facial injuries suffered by a railroad worker in Kansas City.
Patrick received his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law, where he graduated near the top of his class and received a Certificate in Health Law from the nation’s leading health law program.
Outside of work, Patrick dedicates time to representing victims of domestic violence for the Legal Services of Eastern District of Missouri Volunteer Lawyer Program. He also enjoys volunteering at Stray Rescue of St. Louis, a non-kill animal shelter dedicated to serving abused and neglected pets.
