Mr. Johnson is a senior associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2007.
Past Experience
While in law school, Mr. Johnson attended the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa, for a summer semester. During this semester, Mr. Johnson interned with the Official Judicial Inspector of Cape Town, where he assisted the Inspecting Judge with inspection of prisons and prepared reports on matters relating to the treatment of prisoners and prison conditions.
Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Johnson was a legal assistant in the Capital and Economics Department of home mortgage corporation Freddie Mac.
