Spencer, Thomas R.

Seth Jessee is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2009.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jessee completed an internship in the New York State Office of the Attorney General, where he reviewed condominium and cooperative offering plans. Mr. Jessee also interned with the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of New Jersey where he wrote an article on search and seizure law in the Third Circuit.

Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Jessee worked as an urban and community planner in New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia. As part of his duties, he drafted amendments to zoning ordinances and reviewed development plans.
