David Jensen represents clients in real estate transactions, commercial and consumer lending, business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general business planning. Examples of Mr. Jensen's experience and transactions include:
Mr. Jensen frequently lectures at various CLE courses and other seminars on real estate, business, and lending issues.
As a member of the Idaho State Bar, Mr. Jensen is a member and past chair of the Real Property Section, and a member and current chair of the Business and Corporate Law Section. He has served as a member of the committees that reviewed the following uniform acts for adoption in Idaho: the Revised Uniform Partnership Act, the Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act, and Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Jensen is also a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, the American Bar Association, the Risk Management Association, and an alum of Leadership Boise. In 2009, Mr. Jensen became a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jensen clerked for Richard W. Sabers of the Supreme Court of South Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree from Carleton College, with distinction, and his law degree from the University of Minnesota in 1989, graduating cum laude.
