Anthony Spaeth is a graduate of The University of Texas Plan II Honors Program and The University of Texas School of Law. His practice focuses on construction litigation, commercial litigation, and catastrophic personal injury defense. Recent representative trials include Cavazos v. Yung Buffet (alleged premises liability), Auricchio v. Mancuso Harley Davidson (personal injury inlolving allegations of improper motorcycle maintenance), Gandy v. Rush Equipment (commercial dispute over heavy equipment repairs), Castro v. A.M. Donuts (alleged premises liability), Avendano v. E & G Construction (breach of contract and negligence allegations against general contractor), and Four Seasons v. White (shareholders derivative action with associated fiduciary and breach of contract claims). Although he rarely handles appeals, he argued both Northfield Ins. Co. v. Loving Home Care, Inc., 363 F.3d 523, 528 (5th Cir. 2004) and Adamcek v. Reynolds Metals, No 13-06-240-CV (Tex.App.--Corpus Christi; 4-24-2008).
Anthony has three sons, Sam, Tate and John Henry.
