Prior to founding the Law Offices of Joseph M. Solimene, LLC, attorney Solimene worked in the Stamford office of one of the largest litigation firms in the United States. His prior practice experience includes transportation law, (including catastrophic personal injury, property damage and regulatory compliance,) premise liability, medical malpractice, construction defects and toxic tort claims. In addition to Connecticut and New York, he has litigation experience in multiple state and feceral courts throughout the Unites States.
Joe is a graduate of Florida State University, where he received a Bachelors degree in Political Science and History. He received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law and received his LL.M. in Law and Government from the Washington College of Law at American University.
Joe was a speaker at an educational seminar on the topic of Federal removal to the Transportation Lawyers Association at their 2010 Mid Year Meeting in Chicago.
