Ayman H. Soliman is a partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP.
Mr. Soliman focuses his practice on health care transactional and regulatory matters. He represents a variety of health care providers including diagnostic and treatment centers, imaging centers and physicians. He provides counsel and advice on an array of corporate and regulatory issues that affect health care practitioners. These include Article 28 rules and regulations, physician self-referral laws (Stark), anti-kickback laws, governmental reimbursement, facility licensure, accreditation, and commercial and financial transactions. In addition, Mr. Soliman advises health care providers in such matters as employment, shareholder and partnership agreements, management agreements and affiliation agreements.
For five years, Mr. Soliman served as the Administrator of an Article 28, Ambulatory Surgery Center in the New York area. He received his J.D. degree from New York Law School and a B.A., from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
