Chad is a native of Glendale, Arizona, and has lived in the Phoenix area his entire life. He attended Alhambra High School in West Phoenix. From 1990 to 1992, he served as a missionary for the L.D.S. Church in Bilbao, Spain. After returning from Spain, Chad attended Arizona State University, where he graduated with a degree in Spanish and Latino Studies in 1997. He attended law school at Arizona State University College of law and was admitted to practice in Arizona in 2000. Chad has worked in the workers’ compensation field since 1992, and has practiced exclusively workers compensation law since 2000. He has represented thousands of injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Arizona and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
