Soilis, Fred C.

Julia James is a native of Opelika, Alabama and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2011. Julia graduated from University of Alabama School of Law where she served as a senior editor of the Alabama Law Review and Honor Court Assistant Prosecutor. Prior to Law School, she was a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama with a major in psychology in 2008.
