Shavon J. Smith joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2007 as an associate in the Insurance Coverage Practice. Ms. Smith focuses her practice on representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. She has worked on a variety of complex civil matters, including disputes over insurance coverage for asbestos and silica claims. Ms. Smith also has experience in the litigation and settlement of insurance coverage matters for policyholders facing directors and officers liabilities and managed-care and other health-related liabilities.
