Keith Jackson earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in History from the University of Illinois in 1998. After graduation, Mr. Jackson worked as an Information Technology consultant for six years.
In 2005, Mr. Jackson returned to college and graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Jackson was an Articles Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly, a Citations Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review, and an active participant in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
In November of 2008, Mr. Jackson was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio; he has also been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
As an associate at the firm's Cincinnati office, Mr. Jackson has concentrated his practice in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device products liability and personal injury. He has worked on pharmaceutical litigations including Ortho Evra and Yasmin, and has been most active in the Multidistrict Litigation involving contaminated Heparin.
