NOTE WORTHY VERDICT 

On February 23,2011 a jury in Supreme Court New York County awarded Plantiff the sum of $800,000 for a  single disputed non-surgical disc herniation in the case of Ahmed v. Jacal Hacking Corp. The Verdict was in excess of the $100,000 policy Limit of American Transit Insurance Company (ATIC).The case was settled for$400.000 with ATIC paying $250,000 and the cab company$150,000 See annexed New York Law Journal article and Jury Verdict Reporter article.
