Jeffrey A. Hyman is a shareholder of Lohf Shaiman Jacobs Hyman & Feiger PC, Denver, Colorado. A former law clerk to Sherman G. Finesilver, Chief Judge (retired), United States District Court, Colorado, Mr. Hyman offers 40 years of civil litigation experience in the areas of personal injury/accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, employment, and business litigation. Mr. Hyman is known nationally for precedent setting cases which he has litigated in various jurisdictions involving injuries to customers from falling merchandise in real warehouse shopping environments. Mr. Hyman holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont (1968), and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law (1972), where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, Justinian Honorary Society and Law Review. He was a captain in the United States Army Reserve. He is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court for Colorado; Colorado Supreme Court; State of North Carolina; the U.S. District of North Carolina (Eastern, Middle and Western Districts), and has been admitted in numerous state and federal courts to litigate cases. He is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
