Neil focuses his practice on general business law with an emphasis on commercial real estate, corporate finance, creditors rights, and healthcare. He represents lenders, owners and managers of commercial property, commercial tenants, physicians, and businesses and industries of all sizes.
As Of Counsel practicing out of Reminger's Cincinnati office, Neil is admitted to the bar in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. He has litigated commercial disputes in courts throughout the region. He has handled a wide variety of cases, including:
- The representation of an NCAA Division One coach in litigation against the university that wrongly fired the coach two years into a five-year contract;
- The defense of a corporate officer in litigation filed by the board of directors asserting claims the officer had breached his duties to the corporation;
-The defense of the beneficiary of a multi-million dollar family trust in litigation arising from claims of default under certain loans from the grantor of the trust.
Neil also assists physicians and business owners in transactional matters, and acts as legal counsel for the Women's Crisis Center in Covington, Kentucky.
