After graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Mr. Small studied law at Ohio Northern University, College of Law and graduated in 1987. Mr. Small has been practicing law since 1987.

Attorney Small is an active volunteer in the CHAMPIONS Mentoring Program, which is a program designed to provide one on one guidance to children with an incarcerated parent. Attorney Small also serves on the Board of Directors for Divine Mortgage Solutions, a not for profit community based program designed to help individuals acquire independent living skills and provide housing and counseling.
