Jon Hyland's practice is focused on patent litigation. Jon has handled matters before federal and state courts and the International Trade Commission. His experience covers many technological areas, including Internet commerce, computer hardware and software, semiconductor and semiconductor processing and packaging, telecommunications networking and cellular communications, solid state memory, and biotechnology.

Jon is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas/Fort Worth Intellectual Property Law Association.
