Mr. Angus studied Political Science and Asian studies before going on to complete his law degree at the University of British Columbia in 1982.
Mr. Angus has practiced law as a Barrister before the Courts of British Columbia since 1983. He has a broad corporate, commercial, estate and trust litigation practice with a concentration on complex equity cases. Other law firms have frequently referred their clients to him and he has acted for other law firms and individual lawyers.
Mr. Angus is a skilled and committed advocate for his clients. He applies his judgment and experience in his clients' best interests to help them avoid or reduce the risks of litigation, to negotiate appropriate resolutions of legal disputes and to conduct litigation where it cannot be avoided.
Mr. Angus works with each client to develop effective strategies to deal with the unique circumstances of the particular case and in relation to each client's wider interests. His overriding goal is to develop a rewarding professional and personal relationship with each client.
