Slowikowski, James A.

Kristi joined the Firm in 2010 after graduating in the top 15% of her class from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While at the University, Kristi served as an Associate Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and as the Spring Moot Court Chair for the Board of Advocates. As a member of the Arkansas Law Review, she authored an article on the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, which was published by the Journal. She was also the recipient of the M. Jeff Starling Award for Labor and Employment Law, as the top student in her class in the area of labor and employment law.

Utilizing the knowledge and skills she obtained while studying at the University, Kristi has developed a practice in labor and employment and international law. She is also focusing on immigration law, white collar criminal defense, and federal regulatory compliance, as well as general litigation. Kristi is a mediator certified by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and qualified to mediate commercial litigation and other civil cases in all Arkansas Circuit Courts.

Currently, Kristi is attending the University of Edinburgh School of Law as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar, studying for her LLM in International Law.  Kristi plans to focus her studies on international labor and employment and trade law.
