Sheena Aebig is a member in the Seattle office and served as the chair of the firm's Business Tax and Financial Services Practice Group from 1996-2000. Since 1979, her practice has focused on insolvency issues and commercial litigation. A frequent speaker on bankruptcy and lender liability matters, Ms. Aebig represents clients in every role of insolvency related proceedings as well as in selected business matters, real estate transactions and commercial litigation. Ms. Aebig also has experience resolving wrongful commercial disputes through arbitration and mediation.
