Jeremy D. Huie concentrates his practice on complex litigation, including asbestos, environmental, and toxic tort law.
Jeremy received a B.A. in 1993 from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. in 1997 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He earned American Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Writing & Research and in International Commercial Arbitration. Jeremy served as Symposium Editor for the Hastings West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He clerked for the Office of Regional Counsel, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX.
Jeremy is the author of the two-volume treatise California Depositions, as well as several published articles. He has spoken at numerous legal seminars and conferences on subjects including premises liability, legal writing, and use of the internet for legal research. Jeremy taught Legal Writing & Research as an Adjunct Professor at Hastings from 2000 through 2006, when he became a partner of the Firm.
Jeremy was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
