Singer, John D.

Dan is an associate in the Directors and Officers Practice Group. He advises domestic and foreign insurers in connection with complex claims under professional liability policies, including directors and officers liability, errors and omissions, bankers professional liability and fiduciary liability. Additionally, Dan represents professional liability insurers in arbitrations and coverage litigation.

Dan received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University in 2000, his M.A., with merit, from the London School of Economics in 2002 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2005. Licensed to practice in New York and Massachusetts, Dan is admitted to appear before the U.S. District for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. He is also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
