Kit is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group. He focuses his practice in the areas of business and civil litigation with an emphasis on creditor's rights, commercial law, real estate, construction law, bankruptcy, and personal injury. Kit is experienced in motions practice, pleadings, negotiations, and oral arguments and regularly appears before state and federal courts in Ohio.
Prior to joining the firm, Kit advised a leading Oil and Gas exploration company on natural resources issues in Ohio. He also holds seven airman's ratings, including three commercial pilot certificates and three flight instructor certificates, and has 14 CFR Part 121 experience.
In his spare time, Kit gives back to the community by representing Cincinnati's most disadvantaged citizens through the Volunteer Lawyer's Project.
