Mr. Hood, a founding member of Smith, Hood, Loucks, Stout, Bigman & Brock, P.A., has been practicing law for more than thirty years.  In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Hood is a very committed member of the Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach communities.  He is continuously involved with activities and organizations that are dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents in our community.
