During his time at Hofstra Law School, Joshua rose from a staff member of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal to an Associate Editor. In 2008, Joshua was honored with the publication of his note, "The 'No-match' Letter Rule: A Mismatch Between the Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration in Worksite Immigration Law Enforcement".
As an associate with the firm, Joshua?s primary area of practice involves the firm's municipal and school district liability cases, including Federal Civil Rights litigation in the areas of discrimination, excessive force, free speech and land use. He engages in all phases of litigation from intake through discovery, depositions, conferences, dispositive motions and trial preparation. Additional areas of Joshua’s practice include premises and automobile litigation in state court throughout the New York metropolitan area.
