Mr. Holzman is an experienced employment and civil rights trial attorney with almost 17 years of experience.  Mr. Holzman has tried numerous jury trials and has obtained millions of dollars for the firm's clients.  Mr. Holzman primarily represents employees but occasionally represents employers who want a different and cost effective approach to handling their cases.  Mr. Holzman has represented too many clients to count in various employment and discrimination claims including: sexual harassment, gender preference, race discrimination, mental disability discrimination, medical condition discrimination, age discrimination, physical disability discrimination, religious discrimination, Family Medical Leave Act claims, American with Disabilities Act, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination and retaliation.

Mr. Holzman also has vast experience representing individuals who are deaf and/or hard of hearing in civil rights matters as well as employment matters. Mr. Holzman understands the needs of deaf and/or hard of hearing individuals to equal access through American Sign Language interpreters or other forms of reasonable accommodations that make communication more effective.  Mr. Holzman has represented more than 50 deaf or hard of hearing individuals over the years.  Mr. Holzman has given lectures to the Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness (GLAD) and has assisted GLAD's consumers in many legal matters. 

Mr. Holzman believes it is essential to have a good working relationship with opposing counsel.  More than 80% of the referrals Mr. Holzman receives are from Mr. Holzman's former opponents. 

Unlike the reputation of most lawyers and law firms, Mr. Holzman is very selective about the cases he agrees to accept. Mr. Holzman accepts about 5% of all cases which are referred to him. However, if Mr. Holzman agrees to accept your case, you will have a loyal and dedicated advocate championing your cause.

Mr. Holzman graduated from California State University of Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He later obtained his law degree from the University of West Los Angeles.

In his spare time, Mr. Holzman enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
