Litigation, arbitration, mediation, negotiation and counseling in disputes involving construction law, real estate, commercial, and employment matters.

Construction Law: contract negotiation, construction defects litigation, and issues related to property development. Represents construction industry clients including developers, architects, engineers, and contractors in construction and contract disputes, including construction defect and professional negligence claims.

Real Estate Litigation: represents owners and landlords in disputes regarding property ownership, development agreements and real estate partnerships and joint ventures.

Employment law: represents employers in employment discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination claims.
