Erik Ahlander was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2005. Erik passed the Nevada State bar and became a licensed Nevada attorney in October of that year. He also holds an under-graduate degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
After completing his first year of law school, Erik was fortunate to receive a law clerk position with Henness and Haight. He continued to work as a clerk for the firm for two years while finishing his law school education. After law school, Erik was offered an Associate position, and he has practiced as an attorney with the firm ever since.
Erik solely represents injured victims, and he loves forcing insurance companies to do the right thing. He has been successful in resolving numerous personal injury cases including the following: $225,000 settlement of a motor vehicle collision case; $200,000 settlement against homeowner's association for icy walkways; $120,000 settlement for a client injured by a faulty elevator; and $175,000 for a rear-end auto collision victim, among countless others. Erik is fluent in German, and he is an avid sports fan.
