Sarah, an associate in the firm's Casualty Department, provides legal counsel to a range of clients in the areas of products liability and premises liability. She has defended claims on behalf of companies in slip and fall cases, manufacturing design and defect cases, and failure to warn cases.
During law school, Sarah earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for attaining the highest grade in the Advanced Criminal Procedure course. She worked full time and attended law school at night for two years. In her third year, Sarah worked for the City of Chicago's Consumer Protection division, where she was able to prosecute consumer fraud violations and draft municipal code.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Sarah worked for a small plaintiff's firm where she handled employment discrimination, Fair Labor Standards Act and personal injury matters.
Sarah is also a certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program. She is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
