Lindsay is an associate with the firm. Her areas of practice are civil trial, appellate litigation, corporate law, business law, estate planning, probate and real estate. Lindsay graduated from Baylor Law School and she served as an Articles Editor on the Baylor Law Review. While in law school, she served as a research assistant to two of her professors and served as Vice President of her class on the Baylor Student Bar Association. She assisted Professor Jeremy Counseller with drafting the 2007 Supplement to his book, Handbook of Texas Evidence, and wrote an article selected for publication in the Baylor Law Review. Lindsay graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with honors and distinction and was the Vice President of Communications for the Alpha Chi Omega chapter during her undergraduate studies. Prior to practicing law, she served as an intern to United States Congressman Bob Beauprez from the Seventh Congressional District of Colorado. Lindsay is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.
