Justin M. Beall represents clients in a wide range of personal-injury matters including catastrophic injury, tractor trailer accidents, automobile accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Beall regularly appears before the District of Columbia Superior Court, as well as various courts throughout both Virginia and Maryland.
Prior to joining the firm in November, 2009, Mr. Beall practiced insurance defense at Kalbaugh, Pfund & Messersmith, P.C. where he defended trucking companies, restaurant and retail companies and individuals from 2002 to 2009. During this time, Mr. Beall litigated numerous personal injury cases throughout the Washington D.C. area. His experience and successful insurance defense background provide a unique and effective perspective to the evaluation and litigation of Plaintiffs’ personal injury claims.
A lifelong resident of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, Mr. Beall graduated from Gonzaga College High School in 1992. He then attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he graduated in 1996, majoring in government with a minor in history. Mr. Beall thereafter attended the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia.
Mr. Beall is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. He is admitted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is also a member of D.C. Trial Lawyers Association, Maryland Association of Justice, American Association of Justice, and Fairfax Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Beall was an officer and board member of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association, as well as an active member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
Mr. Beall resides in Virginia with his wife and two children.
