Sheldon, David P.

Kimberly N. Shaw is an associate at Baker & Miller PLLC where her practice focuses on antitrust civil and criminal litigation.  She also has significant experience in responding to and defending criminal governmental investigations by competition authorities in the United States as well as abroad.

Ms. Shaw has defended class action litigations in the agricultural, pharmaceutical, aviation, and automotive industries, and participated in a hospital merger resulting in a second request and successful outcome before the FTC.  Additionally, Ms. Shaw has experience in antitrust counseling on distribution arrangements, corporate internal investigations and Hart-Scott-Rodino filings.

Ms. Shaw is a co-adjunct professor on International and Comparative Antitrust Law at the Washington College of Law at American University, and co-aurthor of "Pricing in the 21st Century: A Comparative Perspective" appearing in Global Competition Review. 

Prior to joining Baker & Miller, Ms. Shaw served as a prosecutor for the Anne Arundel District and Circuit Court in Annapolis, Maryland where she regularly headed and participated in bench and jury trials as well as motions practice and victim advocacy.
