Mr. Hoffmeister has been awarded an "AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. Hoffmeister concentrates his practice primarily in the area of workers' compensation law in the states of Kansas, Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Hoffmeister has served on the Kansas City Metropolitan Workers' Compensation Committee for a period of fifteen years and was a past Chairman of the Committee. Mr. Hoffmeister has also lectured at CLE accredited workers’ compensation seminars in the state of Kansas and in the state of Missouri.

Mr. Hoffmeister is a member of the Kansas, Missouri and Illinois Bar Associations, and has been affiliated with the Johnson County Bar, St. Louis Metropolitan Bar, Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute.
