Sheedy, John J.

Jason is involved in all facets of business litigation. In fighting for the rights of his clients, Jason is well-prepared and aggressive while remaining value-driven and efficient. Jason is knowledgeable and experienced in complex business litigation matters, representing clients in cases involving oil field trade-secret disputes, products liability, insurance coverage, bad faith/extra-contractual litigation, and employment law. In addition, Jason has handled appeals before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Texas state appellate courts.

Jason is a leader in and out of the courtroom. He served with distinction in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 1995 and was awarded the Commendation Medal for meritorious service. He graduated in 1998 from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. In 2002, he obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. At South Texas College of Law, he was an Assistant Articles Editor for South Texas Law Review, and a member of Phi Delta Phi. Jason was selected as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2013 (a Thomson Reuters service).
