Elizabeth Sevcik is an associate at Croker Huck and advises clients in the areas of banking and finance transactions, business law, real estate matters, and litigation. Elizabeth works with business and lenders in commercial loan transactions, and assists lenders and creditors in workouts and foreclosures. Elizabeth also works with clients on a variety of real estate matters, including the sale and leasing of commercial real estate. She assists clients with drafting and negotiation of real estate sales contracts, managing due diligence, reviewing title commitments and surveys, and the closing of the transaction. Elizabeth's practice also includes representing clients in the litigation process.
