ON CRIMINAL DEFENSE
Since graduating from John Marshall Law School in May, 1992, through the current time, I have primarily concentrated on the areas of Criminal Defense and Domestic Relations. As a current member of (GACDL), the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, I strive daily to learn, grow and move forward in achieving new and improved tactics on achieving the very best outcome for each client I represent.
When you come to my office at the firm of Daniels & Taylor, P.C., I get to personally know you, the details of your specific case, and carefully investigate the facts and all possible defenses of law available to you. I then schedule an individual appointment with the prosecutor in an attempt to achieve what you, the client are seeking, and advise you of all possible options available. While practicing criminal law since 1992, I have handled thousands of cases, including traffic citations, misdemeanor and felony cases, including representing the first G.H.B date-rape case in Georgia, and the very first female circumcision case which led to the creation of a new law in Georgia.

ON TRAFFIC CITATIONS
If you have been rightfully or wrongly issued a Uniform Traffic Citation for allegedly violating the numerous traffic laws of Georgia, whether you are in the local city court, Magistrate Court, Recorders Court or even State Court, please contact me. I can definitely help you. My primary “goal” is to keep such violation off of your driving record and minimize any fines, community service, etc. that may accompany such violations. ON DOMESTIC RELATIONS
In addition to practicing Criminal Defense law since graduating from law school in May 1992, I have been continually representing clients, both male and female, in the area of Domestic Relations. This area includes contested divorces, “heated” custody battles, child support actions, motions for contempt, legitimating/custody actions for Fathers, and many other types of family law issues.
My goal is to ascertain what you want as the final outcome, devise a specific game-plan aimed at achieving your desired outcome with the least amount of “necessary” litigation and minimal stress to you as the client. I always strive to settle your case short of a trial with options such as settlement conferences with the opposing attorney, and/or mediation sessions.
In the event that does not achieve your desired outcome, I am certainly not afraid to “go to trial” wherein we put the “game-plan” into action and prepare for battle. Of course, this is a last resort as trials are costly as well as very stressful.
