Ms. Segal is a member of the firm's Real Estate Department where she specializes in all aspects of commercial office and retail leasing. She has drafted and negotiated store, office, retail, triple net and ground leases on behalf of both owners/developers and tenants (including high-end retailers, restaurateurs and financial institutions) covering hundreds of thousands of square feet of leased space in office buildings, malls and strip centers. Ms. Segal also handles commercial transactions involving the purchase and sale of properties, brokerage agreements, agency agreements, and management agreements.
