Henry R. Seawell, IV, is the principal member of The Seawell Firm, LLC, an organization established to provide targeted legal and advisory services to small businesses and individuals in need of business development, estate planning, business management and litigation services. Henry received his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in 2001. After conducting post-graduate studies in business at the University of South Alabama, Henry completed his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, in Birmingham, Alabama in 2006.

In the summer of 2006, Henry began work with a civil litigation defense firm in Mobile, Alabama, where he remained until January 2011. Henry has been involved in trials in a variety of cases in Circuit and District Courts in Alabama, as well as having spearheaded mediations and countless depositions. Henry is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Alabama.

Henry is a member of the Mobile, Alabama Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is an active member of Christ Church Cathedral in Mobile, Alabama, and the Associated General Contractors of America, Mobile, Alabama Section.

Henry regularly devotes his time and expertise to the local Volunteer Lawyer's Program, an organization designed to provide the indigent with access to the legal system in the form of quality pro bono representation.
