Seale, William R.

Jeffrey Hermanson is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. He joined the firm in 1987.

Practice

Mr. Hermanson’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including divisional transactions and acquisitions and dispositions of public and private companies. He also has a background in commercial real estate where he has represented purchasers and sellers of commercial, retail, office and multifamily residential property. In addition, Mr. Hermanson has experience in finance, equipment leasing and project finance.
