Scotti, Brian A.

Brian A. Scotti is a member of the Healthcare and Business & Professional Litigation practice groups. His law practice is concentrated on the defense of medical malpractice claims and other professional liability matters. He is based in the D. C. Regional Office in McLean.

Over his legal career, Brian has handled general civil litigation and insurance coverage including medical malpractice, professional liability in law and real estate, first-party coverage litigation, general liability defense, product liability and subrogation matters.

Brian received his undergraduate degree (B.S. in Economics) from James Madison University and his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. While a law student, Brian was involved in moot court and served as a law clerk at a general practice firm in Reston, Virginia.
