Jason Schwartz represents borrowers, lenders, agents, and equity sponsors in a wide variety of commercial and private finance transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, asset-based loans, project finance, and acquisition finance. Jason also advises airlines, corporate clients, and individuals regarding the acquisition, disposition, and financing of aircraft and counsels on U.S. and European regulatory concerns and on other aviation-related corporate matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Jason worked as a senior financial analyst at a major U.S.-based global airline where he participated in the review and negotiation of purchase and services agreements, examined complex financial and operational data, and evaluated issues associated with several merger and acquisition opportunities. During his time in-house and with Jones Day, Jason has handled multiple aspects of the delivery of more than 150 new and used aircraft.

Jason is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas and American Bar Associations.
