Mark is a shareholder in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is a member of the Business Litigation Section and practices principally in the areas of:

• Class action defense
• Consumer finance and mortgage banking litigation
• Commercial and business litigation
• Trade regulation litigation

Mark is a member of the Ramsey County, Minnesota, California and American Bar associations.

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, Mark received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law and was a member of the UCLA Law Review. Following law school, Mark served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald D. Alsop of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and was an instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School. He joined Briggs in 1985.
