Lee Schindler is a counsel in the WilmerHale Venture Group and the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2005.

Practice

Mr. Schindler represents emerging growth companies in technology, clean-tech and life sciences. He advises clients with regard to formation, equity and compensation, seed financings, early- and late-stage venture capital financings, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Mr. Schindler's venture-backed companies include Agios Pharmaceuticals, Panjiva and Viximo.

Pro Bono

Mr. Schindler leads free legal workshops and clinics for small community businesses in collaboration with the Lawyers’ Committee’s for Civil Rights Under Law of the Boston Bar Association. The Lawyers' Committee recently recognized Mr. Schindler's work with a Civil Rights Pro Bono Recognition Award.
