Schiavone, Randall S.

Carol Robinson Schepp is a special counsel in the firm's Securities Department, and a member of the Investment Management Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2005. Ms. Schepp has over twenty years of experience in investment management practice, counseling mutual funds, investment advisors, broker-dealers and hedge funds.

Practice

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schepp was counsel in the New York offices of Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP, where her practice focused on investment adviser, fund and broker-dealer matters. Ms. Schepp was also extensively involved with the JP Morgan family of proprietary mutual funds for fifteen years. During this period, she was a Vice President at JP Morgan in New York, responsible for all legal services and compliance for this family of mutual funds. She also served as President of the Pierpont Group, where she headed the dedicated staff for the funds' independent trustees and served as the funds' Senior Vice President and chief legal officer.
