M. Ann Hatch, a partner at Herzog Crebs LLP, is an AV Peer Review Rated attorney who focuses her practice in the areas of toxic tort and asbestos defense, along with the defense of products liability, negligence and complex civil suits. Ann has tried numerous civil cases to verdict in state and federal courts in Illinois and Missouri. She does trial work in Southern, Central and Northern Illinois, including Madison, St. Clair, McLean and Cook counties and in the City of St. Louis and Jackson County in Missouri.

Ann has been retained as counsel for several manufacturers, premises owners and distributors in her asbestos/toxic tort practice. In that capacity in the past 25 years she has defended thousands of product liability claims brought against the manufacturers of a variety of products.

Ann has served as President of the St. Clair County Bar Association, President of the Lawyers Trust Fund for the State of Illinois, and Chair of the Fellows of the Illinois Bar Foundation. She currently is President of the Board of Directors of the Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation.
