Over 30 years of trial practice in virtually every type of civil case has prepared Cary as few trial lawyers are prepared today. From successfully leading a team of litigators in the massive discovery and motion battles of complex litigation to winning tough cases to a jury, Cary has done it all.  He has been lead trial counsel in cases throughout Texas and across the country.   His creative approach to litigation is exemplified by the successes he has obtained for his clients.

Cary maintains Board Certification in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has served as chairman (1985-88) of its Civil Trial Law Exam Commission responsible for writing and grading the test lawyers must pass to obtain specialization certification.  

Cary is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating in legal ability and ethics, and has been included in the list of lawyers named as Super Lawyers.  He graduated from the Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (German Literature) in 1972 and received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Colorado School of Law in 1975.
