Scheidt, Kimberly H.

Jenifer A. Scarcella is an associate in the coverage department, focusing on insurance coverage disputes.  She also represents clients in areas of civil litigation and general liability. 

Jenifer graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010.  While at Hofstra, she served as Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of International Law and Business.  In 2007, she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from the University of Buffalo, where she majored in English Literature with a minor in Political Science.  While there, she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Eta Sigma, and the Golden Key Honor Society.

Jenifer was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2010.  Prior to her admission, she was a law clerk at Lewis Johs for two years.  She also interned with the Hon. Vito DeStefano at Nassau County Supreme Court.  She is a member of the American Bar Association.
